Ingredients
10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup sliced green onion
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2.5-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and green onions.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken and spread into prepared dish.
4. In the same bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole evenly.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional: Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to the filling for extra richness.
Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a tangier, lighter version.
